Thank you everyone for all your tips. I’m still working on the Holiday Star Quilt, but will start my houses this weekend, with my edge stitch foot. Which I am buying today! This is a great learning place, I will also add the 1/4”! Thanks again, Barbara and everyone in the forum.

This is the revised version of blocks 1&2. I didn’t have enough background sky for the entire quilt, plus I wanted more colorful houses, so I redid all of house 1, and replaced the sky in all of blocks 2.
