I have a HP printer and found I had to enlarge the size by 108 %. Anyone else? :cheer:

I also have an HP Printer. I did not have to enlarge the size. It worked both ways with the scaling set to None and printer settings to Custom Size, use 100% scaling (instead of sizing None). Test square is 1" square both ways.

Maybe you need to update your printer drivers???

Yes, when sending to printer using my iPad the square was 15/16". Barbara suggested I try using my big computer and its printer, I did, and the 1" is perfect. I also tried an old HP enlarging by 108% and it worked to get the 1" as well.

I'm new to all this. Just became a member yesterday. How do I get into the LIVE Color My World BOM today at 1pm. What do I need to do?

Do I view it from The Quilt Show.com or do I go to FB?

I'm hoping to draw from my stash and organize each quadrant into one of the four seasons. I'm assuming that I'll divided number of houses/buildings by four and color each fourth by a season. So 8 total houses means two of each season.

Is there anything wrong with this thinking?

I was able to do it at 100% on my HP OfficeJet 5968 and got a 1 inch perfect square.

PatinNC, Barbara said there are 32 small houses. 4 seasons divided into 32 is 8 houses for each season color. There are small house 1 and small house 2. So that means
you need to make 4 small house 1 and 4 small house 2 for summer, same for the other 3 seasons. Here is a diagram. Fun idea to do it by seasons. HelenW

YOU WOULD BE RIGHT IF YOU ARE DOING THEM JUST FOR MONTH 1; I WAS THINKING OF THE WHOLE SMALL CIRCLE OF HOUSES.

So I tried this wax deal yesterday and ... wondering what the advantage is of doing it this way and if there's any reason I just could use something like quilter's select print & print or some similar product. The quilt will be used as a wall hanging.

The advantage for me is that I'm not sewing through the paper, so I don't have to pull off the paper as each block is finished.

Wonderful videos, Barbara, thank you. I cannot find the PDF for the backgrounds with the straight edge. Thanks

Thank you, I'm still figuring out where the dividing lines will fall. I'm considering replacing the four big unique buildings with trees, but that leads to more thinking: is the tree on the border of in the center of the season? If on the border, is it half of each season? For now I plan if able to keep up, to make pieces and then figure out placement later.
