      Ritzy,

So glad to hear that DH is doing better and that you have some help.
Will continue to pray for your family to heal in all ways.

I pray you will have some good effective rest, and then get to go and pet your fabric.

      Rest well !

Whoo, Hoo we are on the road. I had five iron infusions last week so should be well pumped up for Houston. Just hope there are no magnets in the doors!!!!! LOL We left Elgin Illinois this morning planning to stay in Des Moines, Iowa tonight but got there about noon so kept on a "rollin" and are now in Peculiar, Missouri. Nice campground but way more miles than we had planned to travel. Funny thing, dh thought I needed to be in Houston this Monday. I have been telling him forever that it in next week that my classes start. Guess his dedication is good because we are now 530 miles south of where we started this morning. Tomorrow we should be in Texarkana, TX and then on to Livingston for a few days before the Quilt Festival in Houston. Cannot wait to see all of my friends. Hugs, Ann

Ritzy, Patti and Ann I am so glad to hear things are improving. You have all been in my prayers. I think Ritzy's comment
she even said thank you for letting her help
is something we often overlook, that people WANT to help and we need to step back and let them.
                  Hugs to all,

Florence, you are so right. People want to help. But when you under stress, like when someone has died or is gravely ill, it is hard to know what to do. Sometimes the best thing is to just jump in and do it. I know I appreciated that when it has been done for me.

I read once that we have to allow people to help as it is their turn to receive grace.

I could use your prayers. My gut is still very bad and I'm all out of answers. I'm offering it up, but it is exhausting me!

My 86 year old mother has shingles and is going to be put in a nursing home for at least a month and then hopefully to assisted living. Please pray that she will recover quickly and be treated with care. If you are over 60 and had chicken pox in the past and haven't had a shingles vaccine consider getting one. This is a very painful disease that can last for months.
