I so appreciate Barbra Black and all her help!!! CHEERS CHEERS CHEERS! Also, it looks like we are in good shape for tomorrows live. Both John and I were a little worried this morning about the internet service.......light a candle and say a prayer for success!

PS: It might be a little chaotic because the babies are heading up for a swim in the lake. Super fun times for Bubbe and BaBa (we heard rumors that there is a BaBa monster n the lake - LOL)

Kaffe fabrics - i ordered some from Lady Sew and Sew here in the UK so hope these will be useful in making the quilt. No problems with getting them through Customs . woohoo.

Finally did the first block. I've discovered that I don't have very many solids. (An excuse to go to the quilt shop?) Anyways, I tried to find prints that didn't stray too far from a solid.

Alex said 3” for the larger unit.

Kmurphy, it’s a 6” block. The big HST are trimmed to 3.5” and the small ones are trimmed to 2”
