Finally completed the first two blocks! Picking out my own color scheme. I am not completely happy about all the color choices, but not enough to change them at this point. Should have put a darker blue in block two, (where the light blue speckle is) but I think once I have all of them made, I can decide if I want to make any changes to a block or two. Overall, happy with how they turned out! I noticed that my block 2 is spinning clockwise instead of how it shows in the instructions but I didn't feel the need to change it as it really won't matter in the long run. Am really enjoying seeing all the wonderful block everyone has made. It's one of the things I love about quilting, that one pattern can turn out so different just by color choice and placement!

My Block 2... a day after February but I am at a quilt retreat. I am using my own fabrics from Jinny Beyer, need more of my background, is part of her standard line so I will order soon but not worried!Comment
