God bless the husband who cook so that we can quilt! Well Jane it looks like it's pedal to the metal for you until December 29th (that's my birthday!). Happy quilting. Rita.

Please keep my niece in your prayers. She is in the hospital, her heart valve is acting up. They have her on IV fluids, and she is feeling a little better already.

My niece is doing better. She hopes to go home today. It sounds like the main factor will be the snow. She lives in Washington state and it's snowing up there.

Catching up on everything here. So glad things are getting better JoJo. And glad your niece is doing better Frances. I haven't had an update from Damaris about her dad - hopefully she will post here when she has news. Continued prayers for everyone.

I am so glad you all were here when I asked Sherry to pray for my father. Thank you so much for all of your prayers. I can not imagin not having friends praying and believing with you. After my father's emergency surgery, we got the results last night. Doctor called my sister and said, "I have good news, your father has a high grade ugly cancer, but the surgen who removed the tumer, removed enough that we can say we got it all. For now there is no need to remove the bladder or for any chemo therapy. He just needs six weeks of another in office type of therapy". This was all after the doctor had said that his tumor was aggressive and invasive. I was praying for a miracle, and my father's words of comfort to me were, "Everything is in God's hands." Thank you my TQS family for being there. I have read through all of your prayer requests this morning, and I am praying for you.

Damaris, That is wonderful news! Praise the Lord! We will keep praying during these next six weeks that the "in office therapy" does what it is supposed to do!

Praise to God for listening and answering our prayers! So happy to hear about your Dad's successful surgery, Damaris. Am still praying for him during his next six weeks of "in office therapy."

                      Blessings,

Oh what wonderful news Demaris. Oh how wonderful the Lord is and what a testimony that your father trusted in Him. Hugs to all here. Could use prayer that my husband would find it in his heart to forgive me. I was very hard and untrusting towards him. We need a miracle. I am trusting in the Lord for everything now and not leaning on my own understanding. Jan

Gosh, I forgot to lsit this in my last post - I am having another biopsy this coming Tuesday, Jan.24th, hopefully to rule out the return of cancer. Could I ask for the prayer warriors in this group to stop for a minute for me on Tuesday morning. And then could I ask for a prayer for the medical team at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC to find out what IS wrong and fix it!!! Thanks in advance. ladies. Nancy in NC

Still praying for all the needs on this list. And the reason Damaris hasn't responded is that she has been without power for several days now. They were hoping it would be restored today.
