    hmy: I have a Bernina B770 Quilter Edtion, When I change the Machine to a straight stitch and try to put a 37 foot for quarter of and inch or a 43 foot the Machine will not change. also when I try to put in a 97D foot with a straight stich the Machine stay with a 1C. What am I doing wrong. I had on a 1C and try to change it to a 10 foot to do my paper pieceing for The Color my World Quilt and the Machine would not change. Help. Thank So Much. Have a Great Day.

    The 770 does not change from 1C to any other foot put on. Just part of the firmware of the machine.

      I have the same machine and was wondering why it would not change from a 1c. I was happy to see I was not doing something wrong. Thanks for bringing up the question.

        I am very disappointed because the B770QE is supposed to change Mine was changing before and now it not. the reson for this is so you don't break needles and for safety resons;

          It only can be changed when using the Creative Consultant. Just selecting a different foot does not change the 1C on the screen. Check the manual and lots of YouTube videos.
