Here are my January and February blocks. I’m making two quilts in two different fabric lines. One is using fabrics by Jeanne Horton and the other fabrics bg Kim Diehl

My Month 1 block. I guess I should have been a bit more careful checking the motifs that were cut on my second level pieces...the one block with the swirly part is very noticeable...but, not gonna fix it...it's what will make it MY own quilt! LOL

I am really impressed with all the blocks shown here but thought I might share that I have struggled with the blocks, especially the second one. Watched the video multiple times to try to get placement right. Although my blocks are not perfect they are usable and I am posting for anyone else who may be challenged by the BOM this year. Of course this is how we grow as quilters and I expect to complete in all my imperfection.

sb1959, I love your blocks! I, too, struggled with the second block but finally figured out that it was because there was not as much of the matching of seams from one section to the other.

Amazing that you are using different colors, even though I am a scrap quilter I feared I would be too confused to do it scrappy. Your work looks very precision.
