Thanks, Kathy. I will try to store that away in my memory bank which seems to be on overload lately. Thanks for your comments on my block. I've been collecting fabrics to do a landscape quilt someday and finally used a couple of them

Hopefully you won't have to memorize many of the tips I've posted in the forum. I want to put them all together under the Help Tab, just need the go ahead from John & Bob.

Question: I took the Craftsy class on hand needle turn applique. I plan to use that type for the BOM. Now ? : if a fabric that is paler is appliqued over a darker fabric, do you cut out the backing (main fabric) to remove the shadow?
