Prayers for all the sadness, grief, and pain mentioned here recently - especially Joan and Rachael.

Sometimes it does seem that life is going the wrong direction when so much piles up at the same time. And in retrospect, I can see where those times in MY life were preparing me for some event or time in the future.

Hope by now you and your sister have cried together. The act of shedding ears is so healing for me and the very act of crying releases so much tension in the body. I too, read that there are substances in tears that make their release from the body good!

So have a GOOD cry. It really is GOOD!

And God Bless You in this time.

                        Joan ,
My heart aches for you losing a brother in law is bad but if I were to lose my Dad I would be lost. Please know we greive together and I will think and pray for you often.

To all of you who have prayed and kept me in your thoughts,
You have no idea how your prayers have carried me this week. I know personally I am not as strong as I came across these past few days. Thank you so much for your prayers they were so appeciated. Lisa (my sister) has a long road ahead of her but we'll get her though it. It is just going to take time to heal. Now let's just pray that the rest of this year will be very quiet.

Thank you Happy. I just pray that the year ends on a quiet note. For the record though woke up this morning to a house that was 45 degrees. Furnace is broke! So I have a feeling that December is going to be another long month. That is ok though. That just means next year is going to be a great year because this one was so not great. Just keeping it all in perspective that is all I have to do right.

Good news the furnace is fixed :!: My dear sweet hubby was able to fix it with out too much money going out. Thank God. My sister is doing much better today. She has bronchitis and no voice but like I told her she was hugging everyone and crying all week so what does she expect. I encouraged her to deal with nothing today just watch christmas movies with her granddaughters and laugh. It took some doing but after some prompting she listened and when I went up to look in on them they were all asleep in the recliner watching Mickey's Christmas Carol. Thank you all again for the prayers. I know so many of you were supporting my family.

Joan you are in my prayers morning noon and night dear.
