I am still waiting to hear from John Anderson. I am thinking he wants to get it in the newletter or on the daily blog.

Limbania, the linked worked for me. I kept thinking that I wish I could see each quilt for a little longer. It might be a USA/Europe problem, like watching the Great British Sewing Bee. I watched it on my Kindle Fire and on my PC desktop... Anyway,

The quilts are beautiful. The words made me cry. You all did an awesome job!!!! I'd love to see this project displayed close by in the USA sometime...dreams.

How big are the quilts? Am I right in that you only saw the one quilt ahead of you? It's just stunning.

I'm so excited to see the quilts!! Unfortunately, I don't have PowerPoint, but I'm at my sister's house and as soon as she gets off the phone I'll see if she has it. I just can't wait!! I hope you guys are enjoying the show!!

Nancy, did you try the link? You need QuickTime, not PowerPoint, I think, and it might just come up.

I happened to click on it and was able to run it in "google slides". Who knew!

OMG, OMG, OMG. You gals are all so talented!!! I absolutely love all of your quilts!!!! Who would have imagines that we would take that route from the original picture???

I think all the quilts are amazing and I just LOVE how far we veered away from the original photo. It seems to fit us quite well as we really do wander off topic quite a lot on this forum anyway. Thank you all (lurkers and contributors) for two years of fun and laughter, joys and sorrows - just what life is all about really.

Hey, Nancy...you can get a 1 month free download of Office...that's what I had to do !! I'll work at
                  a permanent solution later.....

Wow.. Have I got questions for everybody ! Amazing how different and yet, similar these quilts
turned out to be! Those geese made it a long ,long way....
Really interested to see how other groups did with the photo.

You know Marilyn I nearly fell off my chair when I saw your flying geese! They really did travel a long way. It's going to be fascinating to see the photos that Wendy, Rosemary and Lorna post (hopefully) with the quilts in-situ. And it would be lovely to see how the other groups did. Love the new Avatar BTW.

This has been so much fun, and now to see all the quilts together, what a treat and what a surprise to see how we went from photo through to the final quilt. They are all so beautiful and do reflect the camaraderie among us! I, too, look forward to the rest of the photos from those who are actually at the show!

I am not long back from a buffet and Talk by Susan Briscoe which was one of the evening events at the LLQS 2014. I was walking in Dumbarton's High street this afternoon going to check on my volunteers when a car drew up beside me and two ladies started getting out. I stared and said Wendy! She stared and said Maureen! Spooky or what. They picked up Lorna from the airport and I met them all tonight at the talk. It was really great meeting them and spending time with them at last. I will see them again tomorrow. Great evening.
