My Dear Jane top is complete!!!!! I'll post a photo when I can get someone to help holding it up--it's too large for my design wall. It feels so good to have this part of the quilt complete. Quilting will have to wait for cooler weather. Marge.

Marge -- I finished mine in December and it is quite an accomplishment. I bit the bullet last week and entered mine in a quilt show just to look at not to be judged, and the show is this weekend and I am so nervous. I have never entered anything since 4-H when I was a little girl and that was chocolate chip cookies. I will also take a pic this weekend with it up.

Sharon, you need to lurk near your quilt as it hangs and listen to comments! It will make you feel really good!!
And please post a photo of it for us!

Margo -- I will be a white glove/quilt police on Sat. and hopefully I won't be in tears overhearing comments. I will pretend it belongs to someone else, unless it's good comments. LOL I can't tell you all how anxious/nervous about this I am.

Hi All -- well I just returned from the quilt show and I have survived seeing my quilt on the wall. I just posted a picture in my profile. I was so overwhelmed I cried. Is that normal? I called Robin to hold me up over the phone, but she was busy and couldn't answer.

Sharon, your quilt is beautiful. I love that you did the scallops. They add so much to the quilt, but they do look difficult. Marge
