Congrats to Renata :!: - you've found your FMQ groove - Thanks for sharing you success. It's sound like practice and music are key. Last week, I tried FMQ and turned out not too bad, but I had to keep my shoulders down and didn't think of playing music - I just sang out loud to myself - "I've got peace like a river...etc." Now I just have to practice more.
BTW - my singing is private - not on utube or anything. no one else would be blessed - I have a very shallow range and lots of gravel in my throat!

In order not to find excuses for not practicing, I made up a stack of 10"x10" quilt sandwiches and keep them handy.
In the meantime, congrats to you in your success with FMQ and yes, practice, practice! We can do it! "I've got peace like a river...", eh?
