Just back from the FoQ It was great meeting up with Norma, Rita, Janet (the lurker), Pam and Lorchan. I didn't buy much fabric (just enough to prove that I had been  ) and most intended for my 1718 quilt. I also finally got around to replacing my 18" ruler with one that doesn't 'bow' in the middle. I also got some RT Stable Stuff to play with - wondering if it could be used for epp? going to be interesting to experiment.

And tomorrow in the remains of Hurricane Bertha DH & are on a canoe water safety course - Hey-ho! I'lll be back when I have dried out

Lois, it's "epp" -- english paper piecing. One of Rosemary's many specialties.

Looks like you are all having a great time! Thanks for the pictures! Lea's quilt is amazing, as is Lorna's!

Before you say anything, it's good to see things from another angle

Wendy, How clever! Your right it's often a very good idea to look at things from a new perspective.

BTW, Everyone/Anyone, I have been having trouble with the links from my emails to the Forum. This morning I finally just gave up and went straight to View New Posts and got caught up with what's going on here. I am thinking it might be work on the new website causing this problem. Just sits and spins. I'd rather be quilting.

Rita & Lorchen your quilts are looking quite good I must say. They are better than good. Absolutely, gorgeous! Thanks so much for the post, Wendy.

Thanks for the pictures of all the very lovely quilts! When I click on them to see up close, they are in the proper perspective
Looks like a fab show. Good job, quilters!

Amongst other things I discovered was that freezer paper was excellent for packing my lunch of Spanish omelette. So you can use it for food too - who knew? :P
Hope the QP don't come after me for misuse of quilting equipment
