What a wonderful day at the AQS Des Moines Quilt Show. I met Ritzy and Robin and we had a great visit at Joy's booth. It was like we have known each other since high school. I took lots of pictures of the quilts and our little meet and greet session. I will be back at the show tomorrow and take a few more pictures of the special exhibits and then on Sunday I will put together a Smilebox to share with all TQS members. It was so nice to see Bonnie Browning again and hope to have a little more time to talk to her tomorrow. Tim, my quilter friend, and Michelle will be at the show tomorrow and we will have a great time. The quilts are amazing. I am getting ready to enjoy a nice class of white Zinfandel wine with my sister and we are going to share with each other our purchases. It has been a glorious day!!!!! -

Your quilt deserved the honor and more. It was fabulous. Both my husband and I spent a lot of time just looking at all the little details and then stepping back to look at the whole thing, then looking at details again. Congratulations - this is one awesome quilt.Comment
