OMG Pat how wonderful!!! I'll have to pay special attention to your quilt. My dream is to have one accepted there but a ribbon - Holy Cow!

I too will be attending. Arriving on Weds with my DH and some friends from my guild. I will try and stop by the booth one day at 1 to meet some of you. I'll have to get one of those "stars" done so I can wear it. Looking forward to seeing the new BOM and meeting Sue.

I will be at the Silver Star too. But sitting with my friends. Thanks to Margo for the email about trying to sit together.

Take care all, less than a month and we'll be there. My DD gets married on the 25th then I have a couple of days to recover before we leave for Houston.

Margo, I just signed up for Ricky's concert and Alex's Silver Star Awards Dinner, so count me in for the table(s) for us. Thanks for your heads up on this, Heidi

You may see me at the show standing near my quilt--I'll be the one whose feet aren't touching the floor, LOL. I'll be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Pat, you may have done this on another forum topic, but can you tell us where to look for your quilt? Like what division or topic or such? There are so many to see, I actually NEVER get to all of them!

I am going to Market and at least 1 day of Festival. I can't wait! This is my first time going to Market. My Mom and I are staying at my sister's house. We all quilt so we are looking forward to doing some quilting together and shop hopping while we are there.

Do we have a secret The Quilt Show hand shake?

Hope everyone has lots of fun and congratulation on the quilts that made it in!

Hi Oats520! You may have noticed on this forum thread that anyone who is available is invited to come to theTQS booth about 1:00 each afternoon for an informal meet & greet. It would be nice if you could wear a TQS name tag with your screen name, and greet each other with "IT'S A NEW DAY!" (No handshake....our hands will probably be full of the results of our shopping therapy!!)
You can find a pattern to make your own name tag if you will go to "Newsletter" (on the purple bar at the top of the page) and enter "Name tag" in the search box. Then scroll down about 3/4 of the way down (to October 16, 2007) for a copy of the TQS STAR that you can print out for a pattern that you can design and emblellish any way you want!
                                Hope to see you there!
                                SEW LONG!
