Just a plain blanket stitch, Rita.

Thanks for the photo of the mug rug I made for you, Nancy. Yours was the only one that I put in the mail and forgot to take a picture of...I think I was debating on whether to send it to KS or CO and it slipped my mind to snap a picture.

I was thinking about her too. I seem to recall she had carpel tunnel surgery done on both wrist at one time and haven't seen her around regularly since. Romira, where are you.

Wendy, Rosemary and Terrie? Are you ready to add to your lists?

Oh I'm very excited. Unfortunately, I won't get to yours for some time yet. I have the Quilt Odyssey coming up and am in the midst of making some summer clothes and other things. But I'll get too it in time. Cheers.

Ritzy, so yours and mine must fly very carefully. We don't want these flying carpets to crash into each other somewhere over the Atlantic.

Yohoooooo, Wendy! Your nautical single malt carpet (accompanied by some very aggressive and protective chickens) was posted 2nd class in Newark at about 4.45pm today.

Oh Lorchen--do you think they will behave and not crash? I hope so, I know "it is hard being good" as my dd#1 told me when I asked her if she ever gets tired of being disciplined.

I received some fantastic post yesterday and today! Susan sent me this beautiful mug rug - the birds were exhausted after flying across the big pond but as you can see not a feather is ruffled! Beautiful work Susan I really love it. And I really love the variegated satin stitched binding too. All the fabrics are lovely and your stitching is terrific. Thank you so much.

Then Ritzy's mug rug arrived in the post today! I just love it Ritzy. The musical fabric is perfect and what great star points! All the fabrics are beautiful and the rainbow thread is gorgeous too. I love the way you finished the edges too. Thank you so much. both of these mug rugs will be treasured.

Ladies, I have been very bad. I have not taken a picture of the MR's before they flew out of here so be sure you post a picture here and under show and tell. Thank you.

I received this beautiful mug rug from Ritzy on Saturday and it is the first chance I have had to post it. Terrific, isn’t it. The large squares are 2” the next one in is 1” and then the last one is ½”, the strips round the purple square are ¼” each. (all unfinished sizes). Thank you so much Ritzy, I love it.
