    Marguerita, did you injure your arm while you were in our fair city for Quilt Festival? Sorry to hear that. Glad it's improving. It was nice to meet you and your sweet husband during QF. He was loving being assigned to the Sisters quilt as an angel!

      Lynn, I hurt my arm in Austin, before the quilt show. Joe had a great time being a quilt angel. Was that quilt not something else.

            I had a fun morning when Denise came to give me my new buyer lesson on my Handiquilter 16. She is a friend of Sue Garman's and I got to show her all of my blocks from the 2008 Quilt on the wall. Come to find out she quilts many of Sue's quilts, so I figure she must be pretty good! She was delightful!

            Now to practice, practice, practice!!!!

              Hey yall, this is debbie, just joining this group if you don't mind, I purchased the kit from the quilt show, it is fabulous :shock: , wow, very very beautiful, came wraped in a bow, just like a xmas present :P Does Sue give you the cutting directions a head of time so you can be ready? I'm sorry I am just a little excited, this is my first bom hope I can keep up. debbie

                Welcome Debbie! Sorry....but we have to wait until January 1 for the directions to be posted. In the meantime, read up on some of the threads here to catch up on the excitement for our pieced BOM for 2009! It's going to be fun!
