I really love the new BOM, but I'm feeling kinda lost since it didn't take weeks to complete. So....I think I'm gonna do one using Andree's half size directions. And I'm gonna copy Dorothy's pink version because my Granddaughter will love it on her bedroom wall.
There, I have more BOM sewing to do, I feel better

I decided to half size mine too! I bought the kit so I'm planning on making two half-sized. I am also hand appliquéing the letters and adding bits of wool here and there. We'll see how it goes - I'm excited! The Army Star block was a bit of a challenge but the other two weren't so bad. I'm having fun!Comment

I kept saying I am not playing this year but Andree's directions and pic were so great I thought why not so I went looking in my stash and burned the gift certificate I got for Christmas and got enough to make full size. I can't resist temptation for quilting or chocolate. JoanComment
