I heard about this folding technique a few years ago and it really works. All the folds are on the bias so no permanent creases in the quilt. Works on any size.

I've dealt with the after effects of a linen embroidered bedspread that had been stored for a very long time folded in half & quarters etc on the grain - it was very, very boring darning that went on for weeks & weeks..... :roll: Nice to see an alternative solution
