I've been thinking about Terrie and sorry to hear she's suffered complications; hopefully, they will be short in duration. Pam, glad to have more news about Dana and Limbania and Ann, very glad to know you did not have to undergo an extremely intrusive intervention. Wishing all well and thinking of you and your families.

Terrie better get well soon (big hugs going her way), because I bet she has boxer shorts waiting to be quilted somehow.

Dana: "I am starting to feel alive again and am going to start quilting again--five minutes at a time."
Terrie: Talked to Walter this morning and he said she is finally home from the hospital(and very happy to be home) and on the mends.
          Both still need our prayers.

Please, include two wonderful ladies and their families in your prayers. Sarah and Kerri are cousins. They don't know one end of a needle from the other, but are very caring women who give a lot more than they take. Both are involved with the group that made it possible for me to loose 8.5 stone in under 14 months. They lost their grandfather yesterday, and three hours later Kerri's mum died. They whole family is in shock. This has happened on Sarah's daughter's birthday.

Praying for your friend's family, Lorchen. I understand how hard it is to lose loved one's and especially so close together. Hugs and Prayers for all and always remember God is Good, All the time. All the Time, God is Good. Ann

Continuing to pray for Limbania, Libby, Terrie and Dana, and all in need of our prayers, and adding Sarah and Kerri to my list.
Update on my requests: 1st sister-in-law has finished her chemo and radiation. Tests show no more sign of cancer. She is slowly recovering her strength. Thank you Lord for answering our prayers.
2nd SIL has not been biopsied yet. Still has a suspicious nodule in her lung.
My DDIL is doing well. She had her thyroid removed. It was the most treatable form of thyroid cancer. She returns to the Mayo clinic in early Dec. for her radioactive cocktail. I am still praying for all three for their recoveries. Thank you for you prayers.

Beautiful sunrise this morning. Getting ready to head to the park to walk and pray for the needs expressed here. Praying for you all today and asking for miraculous healing, speedy recoveries and a sense of the love and nearness of God in those suffering loss.

                                Hello All,
I had been quilte concerned about Limbania. I don't follow Facebook so it felt to me as if she fell off the face of the earth. Anyway I sent her a personal message a little while ago. I recieved a responsed yesterday and she said I could post it on the Forum.

I am also sending prayers to all my TQS friends in need of comfort.

                                Dear Loise,

Thanks a lot for your message, so glad to hear from you. Hope this finds you and your loved ones healthy and happy.

I miss you too and everyone else at the forum, I just don't find the time to get there for now, but hoping to be back soon.
Decide to decline radiation and tamoxifen (a pill that the oncologist recommended me to take for 10 years) as a way to prevent recurrence. One of the many side effects from both is cancer, go figure. So, now I'm more committed to a healthy lifestyle (juicing, eating, exercise, stress management, etc) and continue with natural therapies, supplements, etc. Doing more research, there's so much information, lots to read, interviews to listen to and more to address the physical, mental and emotional side of cancer in order to prevent a recurrence and get rid off it, if any happens to still be around, although all the latest tests don't show any signs of it. Still dealing with neuropathy in my hands and feet from chemo. Also mobility issues in my right arm as a result of surgery and the 2 lymph nodes that got taken out. Having lymphedema therapy and acupuncture to get it resolved. Now, my hair is back! Looks and feels like might be wavy/curly. I used to have very straight hair. I'm praying that I'd made the best decision and for this to be the beginning of many healthy years to come. Hope all this makes sense. Seems like the "chemo brain" is still around, lol.

On the "stitching" side, I'm finally starting to sew again. I started a quilt for a very dear young friend, she's only 16 and has stage IV of a very rare cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma, seems this mainly happens to females around 15 year old. Rachel is utilizing only natural treatments to get healed, since chemo and radiation don't help. Another girl, after over a year on chemo just died recently from this same kind of cancer. Anyway, is a long story, but thankfully Rachel is doing pretty good.

Ok, too much about me. How are you doing? What are you working on now? Are you ready for the holidays? Thank you again for thinking of me and sending the message. Please, if you'd like, feel free to share this at the forum.

                                Love n hugs,

                                Limbania(;
