    Praying for Jan and Linda.

Praying for the many needs that have been shared recently. Also, there are no doubt concerns and needs that some of you have that you cannot share or find the words to express. I remember you in prayer and I am certain there are many of you who join me in praying for the "unspoken" requests. Take heart--know that God loves you and you are loved by your TQS family.
      Blessings,

There are so many of you hurting right now, in so many different ways. I just wanted you all to know, that even though I do not mention you by name, I am praying for you!

Also, I wanted to give you an update on Terry, since he had another doctor's appointmant last week. His PSA numbers are still down, but not dropping as rapidly as in the beginning of the hormone therapy, which is probably normal, because the number is now just below 4. (Down from 29) He is able to "live through" his hot flashes thanks to a once a day pill. But, he is dealing with a rash, and upon waking his hands are so swollen and sore, that it is hard for him to even turn off his alarm. In a couple of weeks he will see an oncologist about a treatment to retard cancer in the bones. Does he have cancer in the bones? I don't think so, as he has not had any recent scans, and I was not with him at his last appointment to ask "Why?" I WILL join him for the next appoinment! So to summarize, the hormone treatment is still doing its job, and he will seek one more treatment to retard his cancer. Thank you for all of your prayers! You all mean so much to me!

Praying for all requests. It's very comforting knowing there is one big circle of Prayer,Love and Quilts.

Dawn, love your Judy N. quilt. I took her bed runner class a couple months ago, it's a WIP.

Glad your Terry is doing better (awesome name by the way). He's a trooper. Do you have any

              snow? We sure don't.

Amen. Without prayer I don't know how I would be able to face all the trials that come my way. And it is a priviledge to be able to pray for others.

Please add a dear friend's husband to your prayer list. His name is Jim. He has a herniated disk in his neck which is putting a lot of pressure on some nerves. He is in considerable pain. Surgery is scheduled for next week but they are going to try and move it up to this week because the pain is so bad.

                        Thanks

Teresa, keeping your friend in my prayers. Also asking for prayer for my father-inlaw. He is 97 and in the hospital with a bad cold that's developed into pneumonia. Thanks, Jan

I don't post here often but as I read through the prayers and people's comment, I thought I'd just let you know that I add my 'voice' to the many who are praying and thanking our Lord that He is faithful. There is so much suffering and pain in the world, and we really benefit from our community here. We are not made to go through stuff like this alone. He hears our prayers and He won't let any of us go through anything too big for us. He is always with us, and all who ask for prayer, or who are praying (or both), know that God loves you.

I pray for the requests here and I know He hears our prayers.
                            Y'all hang in there.
                            All blessings,
                            Terrie

Prayer Warriors and Friends. I had the nicest this happen today and I wanted to share. When I got home from work, there were three envelopes in the mail from ladies that I do not know personally, except through TQS. Inside the envelopes were wonderful fabric hearts, one with a prayer written on the back; one with "hugs" sent; and another with my name and the name of the giver embroidered on it. I cannot tell you how uplifting they were. Thank you so much, ritzy, CarolD and loisc98. Last week I found out that my cancer has returned and I will be having Chemo and radiation, but think that everything will be fine. I thank you for the prayers you've been saying on my behalf and I thank everyone on behalf of the prayers we're saying for others, too

I just thought that everyone ought to know how an unexpected gift of love from a "stranger friend" can make the day brighter and add a smile to your face - to think that someone took time out of their life to make something and send it. I think is is a wonderful idea and plan to use the idea in the future. Thank you again ladies!!

                              God Bless you all!
                              In Jesus' name
