Hi Linda, nice to see you on the forum.
Wendy, we have all made quilts with the wrong materials before we knew any better. I find the polyester batting so unpleasant to machine quilt that I don't bother to use it anymore.

Hey Wendy. Finished the ditching and yes, I ditched within the blocks - just have to sew on the binding. When finished, I will post a pic of the finished quilt along with the rocking chair and cradle my husband made for his daughter.Comment

Oh no! This one is special since we are celebrating a new grandchild. I think she let us know that she was pregnant on day 2! So we have known for a long time. My husband is a master wood crafter and can spit out pieces of gorgeous furniture in no time - he is sickening!
