Recent Newsletters arriving in GIANT SIZE!!!

Is any other subscriber suffering the same problems as am I? In recent weeks, TQS Newsletters arrive on my desktop in GIANT size - pictures and text. So much so, that I have to scroll across the page to see and read content. I have a 23.5" screen on my PC, but the Newsletters in their current state would require a screen at least twice that size to enable me to read them comfortably. I find this new system to be most frustrating and disconcerting, to the point where I derive no pleasure whatsoever from reading the content. I've just about given up trying to do so. No other correspondence arrives in this giant form..........just the TQS communications.

I have emailed TQS mnagement re this problem but, surprise!!, no response whatsoever. Just another frustration with what used to be such a delight. Not much of an encouragement to renew my subscription, which I have held for some several years now.

Hi Marilyn, Yes I am having the same problem I thought the gremlins had invaded my computer, obviously not.
As soon as I click on one of the messages the screen goes back to normal but the original newsletter is still huge.

Hope this is resolved soon as it is most annoying.

No problem here, desktop or iPad.

Just sent a message to those who I think might have an answer. Stay tuned.

        Hello Barbara,
Miracle of miracles, last night, my TQS Newsletter arrived in perfect, standard-sized format!! The Giants have departed - forever, I hope! It would appear that your kind intervention with "the powers that be" have resolved this issue. Again and as always, thank you so much for your assistance, especially in your busy, busy life.

I have reported. Mine are still fine so it's apparently not a global problem.

They are working to get this corrected permanently. Hopefully it won’t take much longer.

I've had the Giant Size newsletters for about 6 weeks and thought I was the only one so haven't complained until now. If this continues much longer, this may be my last year paying a subscription for this wonderful quilting information center because it is so annoying to try to figure out what is going on. Please help!

Thank you for hearing my plea for help with the Giant Size newsletters. Today's newsletter came in perfectly. Hope it continues to do so.
