    BUYING SHOWS

I have been a Member since 2009, but after buying in 2013 I now have to pay for past shows?
    Could you please advise me.

Hi, if you have full membership you can see current show and a number of free shows and when I renewed I was given a choice of a past series. Quite often shows are put up to watch for free but otherwise you have to buy them.

Once you've paid for a show I believe it's there forever. If you've been a gold star member since 2009 you better contact TQS

I just checked: I joined in March 2007 and can watch all 13 series of the shows whenever I want to. But being a big, big fan of the quilt show I have also bought every available series on DVD because it means that I can also watch them if/when I don't have access to the internet.

Hi Rosalind and welcome to the TQS forum!

If you were a "Basic" member before (with a free membership) you will not have access to the earlier shows.
Any series that you pay for with a "Star" membership will be yours forever.

It's just like a magazine subscription. If you pay for a magazine, you can look at it any time. They don't send you older issues because you paid for this year.

Hope you enjoy the new series. If you check back through the older episodes, you can purchase any individual show that interests you, or buy a series on a DVD.

        Hope that explains it all.
