online copy of the quilt life

I would love to be able to access this on my ereader or on my laptop, without having to wait so long for the file to download each time. If I could save it on either device it would make it much more useable. While it downloads on my ereader I can't use it for anything else, like email. If I could save it on my laptop, I could transfer and save it on my ereader

I think there is a way it can be formatted so it can scroll as pages, and on my ereader it would remember what page I was on when I last accessed it.

I was hoping to be able to enjoy the emagazine while on the road, as it is now I can't see waiting for it to download each time.

I hate to sound ungrateful when the emag was free, but hope you will find my comments helpful for paying customers.

Thank you for offering the free emag.

    Regards

    Cathy Clark

Cathy, you might want to check with AQS about your issues. The Quilt Life is a separate entity from TQS.

      Hi Cathy
I have not tried the free issue, but save my subscription issues of TQL as a PDF, by clicking the PDF icon in the bottum right of the screen, when the e-mag is opend.
This way I can read my mags offline.

      Regards
      Lone

Not sure about your ereader, but I downloaded the PDF to my laptop no problem. I really enjoyed reading the magazine that way!

Thank you for your advice. Adobe didn't give me a toolbar, but I saved through right-click and it is now on my ereader. I am enjoying reading the emag that way.

          Thanks again!

I appreciate the opportunity to view a free copy of Quilt LIfe online, but the amount of time it takes to load it is prohibitive. A good idea that needs some refinement. Thanks, anyway.

I was able to save it to my ereader, which means no more download time, however the file is huge (the epub files are tiny by comparison) so I deleted it anyway...
