      Bob's been "gone" for a long time....and there has been NO response from any of several avenues of contact
      regarding this issue. I think it's a shame they are treating a group/and others with such bad manners !! I understand
      computer troubles...but but some explanation would go along ways.....IMHO !!

        I have been having similar issues.

        Several of my devices will not login. But my mobile phone allows me to login

        This upgrade has not been going well. I first could not do anything as i lost my premium access.

        Now I can not login from home computers but my cellphone will login.

        I am starting to get frustrated

          Hi Nusiax - Have you tried sending an email directly to John (thequiltshow@gmail.com)? That's the only way I could get anyone to respond to a problem, and he responded immediately for me. I don't think they read the forum, which seems weird since this thread is the perfect place for them to find out about problems and to respond to upset customers. It's always amazing to me that they don't realize how much good will they would create just by responding......

            No i have not contacted anyone. I am traveling for work at the moment. My mobile phone works. But my Surface iPad both have issues.

            I will have to deal with the issue when I return home end of next week

            And I agree the forum is the perfect place to deal with issues.

            But living and working in Europe Middle East and Africa it is hard at times.

            And I also think and organization totally internet based should be more proactive and technological

            But thank you for the heads up.

            When they switched to the new server provider I had DNS issues for a week

            I just think it is very amateur

              I think it was because of Bob leaving we had the new forum, didn't he write the old one.

                I tried the Row Robin topic, and I was able to get on. Hopefully the others work now. I did not try any others yet. The domestic sewing machine is the one I was also denied access too. I will try it again. Good luck to you all.
