    Prior to the Memorial Day weekend, I submitted a Member Story suggestion about "To Boston with Love " and an email question regarding a website problem with the Member Blog, via the TQS "Contact Us" link. To date, I have not received a reply or response to either. So, about a week ago, I submitted another email via "Contact Us" to ask why I never received a response to my suggestion and email. Again, no response. I'd like to think that I'm not just being ignored, because there is no way that I can confirm that TQS received my suggestion and emails. If that's the case, then there may be problems with both "Member stories" and "contact us" emails. Minimally, it would be nice to receive a confirmation that my email was received. I did get an automatic confirmation of my story submission, but never a response to it. Weeks later, there was a blogpost in the Daily Blog about "To Boston with Love".

    Is anyone checking and responding to the emails being sent to TQS anymore?

          Nancy. Thank you for the heads up. I will check into the contact us problem. We did originally have way too many email addresses connected to the Contact Us area. This has caused problems as people change responsibilities. In the meantime, if you have any questions and they aren't answered in one day, just email Jeannie at contact or me at mailto:thequiltshow@gmail.com.

            Thanks! I thought it was best to use Contact Us, rather than this forum to report website problems. If that is incorrect going forward, please let me know.

            There were two issues and you addressed one. The other issue was that I never received a response to my Member Story suggestion submission. It's water under the bridge for me now, but it may be an issue for TQS that needs to be investigated.
