TQS Shows on the new Kindle Fire?

I'm toying with the idea of purchasing the new Kindle Fire and was wondering if it will be possible to watch the TQS shows on that.

We are updating our current shows starting next week to accomodate the Kindle Fire. We will then have to go back and reset up the past shows. So the answer is very soon for current shows and it will take at least a month to go back through all of them. Kindle Fires are great.

Great! Now I should be able to watch them on my ASUS Android tablet too.

I have the original Kindle Fire and can watch the two shows i just tried. Enable Flash has to be fixed in "settings". However, the video does not match the audio. The audio comes in fine. John, what changes are you making?

Keep the power cord handy, as watching video requires frequent recharging.

What would be really nice is to download them and watch offline.

I'm hoping to get one for Christmas then I can sit in front of the fire with my headphones on enjoying the show and my husband will think I am listening to him

Capt'n John -- Thanks for such a quick response. This is wonderful news!!! Being able to watch the TQS shows while curled up in my favorite chair in front of the fireplace is a major reason that I was considering purchasing the Kindle Fire. The folks at Amazon should be grateful to you for doing what ever it is that you need to do to make the shows available! I'm sold! Thanks, again.

The older Kindle probably was running an earlier Android version. Adobe Flash quit supporting Android systems so the newer phones/tablets don't have access to it. I'd been in contact with support awhile ago and knew he'd been working on a solution. It's good to hear it's coming. I love my new tablet but was frustrated since I couldn't watch the TQS videos.

I don't have a Kindle but have an ASUS tablet running the newest version of Android. I have a Nook Color I got last year.

Our video provider, Ooyala, has a new version of the player that I have to create for TQS. This allows Kindle Fires and the Android tablets to see the TQS videos. I am calling my rep tomorrow to walk me through how to update our site. Wish me luck. I just switched from PC to Mac and i don't know how much I can learn at one time!!

But no one is going to make you walk the plank if it doesn't all work at first try

I watch on my iPad, laptop or one of the best ways is through my Logitech Revue on my TV. It is this device my DH bought that turns the TV into something like a computer monitor..

Lucky are those whose husbands, sons or brothers or girls understand how to turn a TV into a monitor. It makes no sense to me!
