I have been watching the videos on my iPad lately and as of a couple of days ago I can't now. I haven't even updated my iPad or changed anything between being able to watch a video and suddenly not. I can pull up the video as usual, then when I hit play it looks like it's going to work, and suddenly redirects me to the TQS home page. No matter which video I choose...old or new...I get redirected every time. I've contacted the tech support here and get the suggestion to "reboot" my iPad. Not really doable. :-) . I updated my iPad just before Thanksgiving so it's not like I'm behind on iPad software versions. Any help out there? Anyone else having this issue?

I too can no longer watch shows or lessons on my iPhone or itouch. The change happened recently . What's up?

The Linda Taylor class has an ad at the beginning that we just found is causing iPad people the problems that you experienced. We are having our video server people look into it and hope to have the issue resolved quickly.
We apologize for any inconvenience but it's been difficult working with the new iPad constraints.

They're having Ricky Tims check the videos using his iPad, too. Last I heard a few days ago anyway. I gave them a video number that I could view just fine over Thanksgiving, but doesn't work since then as a starting point. I still can't watch ANY videos either lately. VERY inconvenient since I use my iPad for almost everything I can these days.Comment
