When I try to watch shows from Series 4 - I get the message "You do not have access to this episode." I have been a member since Sept. 2007. I have the star package membership and I just renewed and I am good until December 31, 2010. I can watch shows for Series 1 & 2. I don't understand why I can't watch Series 4. Jimmie -
