    New email procedure?

In the past, if I received an email through TQS from a member, I was able to respond directly to that person through my personal email. That was useful where several back-and-forth emails were needed.
Now, when I get an email thru TQS, it is headed up with that "DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL"
Why the change in procedure? Kind of a pain the neck, if you ask me.
    Thanks.

I remember one time, way back, when there was some unpleasant e-mailing back and forth. I sure hope that's not fueling the change.

We can still go to the person's profile and email them back, but it sure is easier to click reply. I guess I am too lazy in real life and now in the puter too. ops: Sandi in FL

I have also noticed that when you make a comment to a blog, it puts you back to their blog. Previously, it would take you the other comments. Also, when you got an email letting you know about a blog or show and tell comment that needs approving, you could read the comment in the email. Now you need to go to the site to read the comment. I'm sure it has to do with making the site run more efficiently, and I will get used to it.

I suspect the email changes were done to protect us better. (the cyber world is a scary place these days) The way it was, it provided the receiver with our email address and though more steps are required to respond it is somewhat more secure for us I suppose. We can put our real email in the body of the note to the fellow member for them to use in response as a personal alternative.
