    Smilebox slideshows

Has anyone had trouble viewing these? The last two in the Daily Blogs, I have been unable to view. I get the message to install the Flash Player 9. My husband has tried to install it and has thought that he has it, but I still get the same message.

No, I haven't had any trouble. Maybe the TQS people could help. Judy in Torrance

Can you watch any of the earlier smilebox slideshows? Go to the Daily Blog and type "Chihuly" into the "Search For" box. Then start one of the Chihuly slideshows. Can you see these or do you get a similar message? :?:

Joyce, I also had trouble with it, and was having some other issues as well. I finally did a "system restore" back to a date that I know things were working, and it seems to have solved the problem for me.

I am not going to pretend to be a computer guru, because I am not. When your DH downloaded the Flash Player, did he hit "Run" or "store" in the dialogbox?? Press RUN and the installation will work out.....ask me how I know this

I have trouble ending the slideshow. I often have to reboot my computer.

Hi, I can see the slide shows, but some of them (including the last 2) come in vibrating. By that I mean that the screen seems to shift back and forth between two slightly different sizes, very rapidly -- maybe a second on each. Does anyone else have that problem? It makes it not very soothing to watch, so I've ended up not watching some of them that I would have liked to see! The weird part is that it doesn't happen with all of them. Any ideas?
              Thanks, Robin

I've been lucky enough to be able to view them with no problems at all. I wonder if they use more RAM than you have available? Hope you get it figured out because they are all wonderful

No problems with any of them here.

I've had the vibrating screen on several Smileboxes. I can't remember for sure what I did - either clicked on the box or put it to full screen, but I'm not sure.

Thanks! I tried clicking on the full screen (though it was hard to get the cursor on it because it was moving so fast <grin&gt, and that stopped it. Weird!

Last night the SmileBoxes would "freeze" up on me. Today, the show is freezing up on me. I'll try again. Judy in Torrance
