Oh my goodness! What a treat! Edyta's fabrics and projects and her sewing techniques are wonderful and getting to visit her studio was great!!

I couldn't wait to watch this show, so I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and started watching. Edyta is very inspirational and such a delightful person. She always has so many new, beautiful ideas. She could probably be a guest at least once a year and not one person would complain!
    Love and her quilts!!!!

You're too funny, Marilyn! It was a great episode, I know I'm going to watch it at least a few more times; I just don't know if I can "cave up"! The weather's nice, the sun is out, 60 plus degrees, I think I'm going out for a while...

Well here I am bawling like a baby over the poem she read. LOVED the show and the triangle inset tips, etc. She is a lovely woman. Better go find the tissue.

Toss a coin. If it lands Queen's head  up start an new project, followed by a ufo. If it lands tails up, finish a ufo, followed by a new project.

Rosemary, with that kind of thinking, I get the idea you'd make a great lawyer!

...and Marilyn...don't you have to leave room for whispering? That's an un-started new project, and new project and a UFO all at the same time. Or are you being coy with us and have it half finished?

Super show! I love Edyta, her quilts and ideas, and her poem was fabulous.

Just wondering, though, what's the 'new contest' as mentioned in the show title?

Nah! I have 'Carriage Wit' as Sir Percy Blakney (the Scarlet Pimpernel) puts it. Whereby you think up the perfect riposte in the carriage on the way home. The forum is a great place for this type of thing because you can have thinking time and writing time to polish the comment - if you so wish.

The die were truly loaded    against Marilyn starting a new project using this technique, unless she had visited either the UK or one of the Commonwealth countries and had any coins left over from her visit.

Loved watching the show with Edyta, but what I cannot get over is the size of her studio! it is humungeous (with several extra expletives in for good measure) I reckon that it must be nearly the size of our bungalow.

I haven't worked out what the contest is either.
