The best thing would be to go to the "help" tab on the bar and click on the "contact us" choice. The technical help on this site is very good.

Did you join as a free member or a paid member? The free side of the site does NOT include the shows. You need to pay for the series you want to watch. Once you have paid for the shows or series you would like, you can watch them at any time, as many times as you like. When they first started the site the shows were only available for about a year, but they changed things and now they are avaialable all the time, as long as you have paid for them.

If you have joined as a paid memeber, it could be that they just haven't had time to activate your membership to allow you to watch the shows. I'm not sure how long that would take, but it shouldn't be more than 24 ot 48 hours if that long.

I see that you are an active member (paid) - thank you for joining us. Think of us as a magazine - Once you start you get the shows as they deliver and they are yours forever - even if you decide not to renew (just like a magazine), they are yours to view. Also the legend shows 113,313 and 513 are yours too. Check them out and welcome!

When you join - you get the current show and all new shows that follow during the time frame for your membership. If you want to see past shows, there is a place to purchase past shows and you'll be able to whtch those with no expiration as well. It's like purchasing back-issues of magazines.

The best deal is to buy the past shows on DVD's at The Quilt Show store at half price per session. That way you can see all the past shows any time you want to. Season 1 thru 4 are currently available for sale. I find that if I want to watch a certain quilter, I can watch it anytime I want. Season 5 is not for sale yet, but will be soon.

I agree. I buy the DVDs & have watched parts of them frequently when I want to see a particular technique that I might like to try. This gives you the opportunity to pause & re-play at your heart's content.

I heard series FIVE should be available in APRIL. The only way I get to watch the show is by DVD, due to broadcast / Internet provider problems.
