    Show 512

Another great show! If anyone is thinking about making the appliqued BOM for 2010, Sharon Pederson demonstrates a machine applique technique that will work for these blocks!
And Ricky's designs really kick the AccuQuilt up several notches! WTG, Ricky!

I again enjoyed the show and all the learning and inspiration. The after show was a pleasant walk down memory lane for me. Mike and I visited South Africa in 2000. When we visited the Cape of Good Hope it was a perfect sunny day. I too have a photo of the sign near the "Big Hole" in Kimberly. My only disappointment on our Africa trip was When we visited the diamond mines, they didn't give out samples.
I am so pleased that the shows give us a glimps of quilters beyond the fabric and tools.
    Keep up the good work.

Loved this one again! I love cheats!!

May I just add, re the travel boxes from the fishing store, I have fly fisherman's 'zingers' that I clip on my shirt and have my scissors attached to when I'm in the car (they're the retractable lines that fishing snips or hook pliers are attached to). Much nicer than sitting on the scissors! I also use another one with the clippers on when I'm on the Grace frame, saves losing them or them being in the way.[/list]

I enjoyed this very much and use a similar glue "lipstick" different brand but sam blue colour..I use it on landscapes or applique a lot and have found if you pop it into the freezer for a few minutes before using you get a nice straight line and no little blobs..works great!!

I loved this show (too). I am still scared of appliques but feel the urge to try out Sharons method of needleturn by machine. I have used the "lipstick" and it is my favourit glue  . And Ricky, O would loved to see you doing a whole show 8) ..and Robbie, she bought sunshine to my day. Do a whole show with her too

So, has anybody started selling shapes cut by the Accuquilt yet (fused or non-fused) for those of us who can't afford the whole machine?

I just watched this show. It was excellent. Enjoyed the demonstration of the Accuquilt system and was wondering if anyone had any reviews of the system.

I enjoyed the show, too. I've REALLY got to try some machine applique one of these days!

I enjoyed the show also. I do use this type of applique, and I also have the accuquilt studio! Everything said was so true. Keep it coming!
