    Show 412

 I love silk embroidery, I love heirloom work, this show was the best, her easy style, was unbelievable. I ordered her book just now. Wow, what a great show.
Thank you also for the UFO project. 8) 8) 8) 8) Thanks Alex and Ricky, just to cool. Debbie

It's been years since I have done any silk ribbon embroidery and that was by hand. I was pretty fascinated how she manipulated the ribbon for hand-look effect.

I truly enjoyed the show.. great job.

Have to agree, great show and really, really nice to take a slightly sideways step from the normal quilting/piecing. (Why didn't we see more about the quilt she is standing in front of in the lead photo?? Or did I miss something?)

Perhaps a few more alternative thread workers as guests would be a nice treat now and then.

I love doing hand silk ribbon embroidery and usually have two or three projects in progress so I can carry them to Doctor's appointments etc where I end up with extra time on my hands. BUT being able to get similar results by machine intriques me and I definitely plan to try it. Thanks TQS for expanding our vision and giving us new information. You guys are the best. Thanks, Ann

I loved this show! It was amazing how quickly and easily (for her anyways) these beautiful flowers appeared. Karen

Another great show! I really enjoyed watching Susan make those stitches with the silk ribbon. I have tried it by hand before and she sure made it look easy by machine. I also really enjoyed the after set. I love icing and want Ricky and Alex to decorate my next cake. It might not be neat, but I think the quantity would be perfect! Sandi in FL

There has not been one show that I haven't enjoyed. I like the variety and it is fun to learn new techniques. Thank you for all you do.

I thought this show was a lot of fun. I like handwork, but I haven't tried silk ribbon embroidery. I think it would be really fun to try this on the machine. I think I will order the book. Susan has such a nice style and seems so personable. I am always amazed at what nice people there are in quilting. I thought little pillow project was pretty fun also! Thanks for another great show. Stephanie
