    Six minute circle

After I watched the video I tried the circle method. Wow, I don't know what exactly happened. Either I put way too much glue or too dry, as I felt like I was dealing with cement. I ended up tearing the pattern/freezer paper. Anyone else have a problem, or any advice as to what I should try next? ops:

I tried this too and found the sewing part the worst. My pattern ripped also. I re-watched the video, and I think the mistake I made was not applying the glue exactly to the places Alex had - but it's still a messy job. I think I'd prefer fusing it and just sewing a narrow edge of stitching on the right side - it won't look appliqued, but I think the end effect will not be that different.
