    Profile update

    Every time I go to the website, it asks me to update my profile. I have updated it several times so far, but the update request keeps coming up. Do I need to do something else? Or is this something that is just going to keep appearing?

    And I have another question about the profile update. Will the extra information like birthdate and phone number be required in order to log into the site once the site is updated? I ask because I purposefully don't give extra information like my birthdate to online sites. Even if the site doesn't share it, we see sites get compromised and information stolen all the time. I don't put any extra information online that I don't need to. I tried asking this question to customer service in an email, but never got a response. Thanks!

        Hello- Our new site will have a single profile for both the Store and Membership to enable a single log on. The goal is to enhance customer service, so if there is a question with an order we can contact you or send you a coupon for your birthday. If you do not want to share your birthday or phone number - no worries - please enter zeros. If you are continuously being directed to update the profile, then we are still missing information. I checked for Kathy and added United States as the Country. Barbara thanks for the nudge to respond here. Our Customer Service team has been focused on shipping orders.

          Hi Wendy, I just logged on to TQS again, and I still go straight to the profile update page even though the United States part is filled in. Also, there is no way to put in zeros on birth date once you have put a date in. I hope I can get this fixed, it is kind of annoying to see this page every time!

            I went into profile and added a phone number (it says only visible to TQS) and now the profile update screen doesn't appear. The phone number field doesn't have an asterisk by it so I didn't fill it in at first. Seems to be fixed now, Yay!

              Thanks for the answers, Barb and Wendy! I put in a bogus birthday so hopefully I'll stop getting the reminder to update my info. It's really helpful to know how the information is being used! I appreciate you looking into that for me!

                    It is not happy with my password, then does not save my phone number. I have put in the password information many times, but it does not save it and says it does not match. I give up! What am I doing wrong?
