Thanks Rita and Sue. I should have said I am still using Windows XP.

I do have a Print Screen button on my keyboard, but when I click it nothing (that I can see) happens. I don't know where to look if it did take the screenshot.

      Michelle,
On my XP computer I use Jing Snag-it, a free program: here's the link. It may pester you about upgrading when you start your computer, but that may be something I did back in the day, too. I like it because it allow you to write comments on images.

Michelle, on my computer you hold down the control key then press the print screen key. Then open word, right click on your mouse, and select paste. It'll print the page. Give it a try. Bev

Michelle, I'm using Windows 7. When I press PRTSC (and I don't use the CTRL button) it "copies" everything on my screen onto my "clipboard".
Then when I use the "paste" function it puts the screen capture in the program I'm using like MSWord or Paint, just like any copy/paste function.

I also really use the MS Snipping Tool a LOT! You will find it under Accessories folder in your PROGRAMS file.

            Hope that helps!

Thank you so much Bev and Margo! I did the Control Print Screen button just now, and then opened Paint and pasted it in. It worked slick!! I just never knew how to actually find the image - and now I know thanks to my TQS Tech Support Girls!

Well, none of that helps me--I have the new, wonderful Windows 8. I think you know from previous comments that I am not being serious here.

Ritzy, I feel your Windows 8 pain! Just for fun, try googling "I hate Windows 8". Misery loves company!

                      For Windows 8 users:

                      http://www.eightforums.com/customiza...-location.html

                      Computer/Local Disk C: /Windows/System32/Snipping Tool

You can then probably right click on the Snipping Tool icon and pin it to your task bar.

Ritzy, you see an image or a shot in a video that you want a picture of. Left click the Snipping Tool,
then drag a bounding box around what you want. Let go, and save it. I keep a folder on my desktop dated by year "Images for 2013" for example, so I can find the image later.

If it's a video, it will freeze frame, so you can take a picture of Brad Pitt or someone else cool

I've used the snipping tool a LOT since Margo mentioned it in another post not so long ago. I now have many, many pictures of quilts that have great ideas in them - whether color choices, pattern, or quilt designs I want to do some time. I'd have a long, long list of things I've learned from Margo over these past few years!!!
