Am I supposed to have red icons after I read a post. They stay blue. -
the little red icon on the left of the post subject shows you that there is one or more post/reply that you have not yet seen
you can click on the red icon and it will take you directly to your first unread post/reply - very practical
once you refresh the VIEW NEW POSTS page, the ones you have viewed will loose the red icon
at least i think this is the icon you mean

Lotti is right! If you aren't sure which topics have new posts that you haven't read yet, just hit your browser's REFRESH button. The topics with unread posts will still have a red icon to the left of the title and the one you have already read won't have the icon.
