Hello Bobby.
To block a quilt is real easy :wink:
When your quilt is done, you sprits water on it...or I like to wash it (with a color catcher in the washer), then lay it on a rug/the carpet and pin it down. Use your cutting mat to make sure you get the angles right. Leave it to dry. Thats it!
I started to block my quilts 1 1/2 years ago and I wish I knew how to earlier!! All wallhangings hangs flat on the wall :lol:
But, I do not block all my quilts, bedspreads etc dont get blocked, only the quilts that will hang on a wall.
