Does anyone have a paper pieced three inch Ohio Star block pattern or know where I can get one on the internet? My sister, the one who does not quilt but says "make that for me" found a quilt she wants with a few of the Ohio Star three inch blocks. I don't want to hand piece those. HELP! -
To be honest, I'd tell that sister 'No, do it yourself!', because nobody would get me to do a 3-inch Ohio Star, not matter what method.
But if you look on this as a wonderful challenge that you simply can't pass on, and you can't find a pattern, you can always take a pattern for a larger star and reduce it on a photocopier, or on the computer in a programme like 'photoshop'.

I found a 4" (see below) . You could do as Lorchen suggested and reduce it on a copy machine. However, this is a really simple block and it would be very easy to draft it yourself.
