hello everyone,
I have Bernina 830 and before 2 months it needed some cleaning so we took it to the dealer and they did it, but since that we face another problem, the stitches in the embroidery not very clean and there is some space between the different stitches specially the outline and the fill..
I hoe I explain it right and sorry for my weak English...
note: the designs I did it before this problem and everything was perfect so nothing wrong with the designs.
the dealer can't help me because they don't have expert technician
hope anyone can help me or give me any tips to try

Your dealer should find you the help you need! Go back and request that the dealer contact Bernina and get your machine fixed.

Geneva and Pemela are right. If a Bernina dealer can't fix a Bernina, the dealer is supposed to contact Bernina. You should go back to your dealer as soon as possible.
