i think the problem was a big bird nest on the same place all the time, when my friend cleared it up, it continue normally until the end.

I've had the same problem on one or two designs in the last several years. I don't digitize designs, but isn't it curious that it would cause a mess at the same point each time?! The first time it happened I thought it was due to my inexperience. Then when it happened again (following year - Christmas towel design) I realized it wasn't me. There hasn't been a third time!!
