Yesterday I brought home my embroidery module after asking numerous times IF it would work with Windows Vista -- which I was assured it would . . . I downloaded the Art Design V1 embroidery program without a problem. When I attempt to download the embroidery that I have chosen to the machine I get software driver can't be found -- insert disc that came with program so I insert the Art Design V1 embroidery software and I get the same response software driver can't be found . . .
All the printed materials I have on the machine say it is compatible with Vista . . .
Did I kiss some $$$$$$ goodbye for nothing?
This forum answers more quickly and efficiently than OESD or Bernina USA . . .

I also have a new lap top with vista and embroidery software and now can not run my software. What did you get done to solve this problem?

I bought my 440 a couple of weeks ago and I'm running the embroidery module with a laptop that has Vista. However it is the 32 bit version, not the 64 bit version of Vista, so that might make a difference. I didn't have any problem with the Art Design Version 1 software installation at all.Comment
