Just browsing and happened on the Pinmoor forum. A lady that teaches machine embroidery at our LQS said she uses the pinmoors when she is lining up her registration marks for her ME. She stitches out her registration marks and then inserts a "jumbo" thumb tack from the underside of her hooped stabilizer and uses the pinmoors to hold everything in place then adds her fabric, using regular pins to hold the fabric, then removes the tacks/pinmoors. I used this method on Sarah Vedeler's BOM last year and it was great to use especially for all the multi-hooping we had to do. Just thought I'd pass this on.
