Count me in! I wear Ricky's shirt, "I Cain't I'm Bizzy" all summer. V neck, polo, all designs!

Well, if the t-shirt comes in the usual range of sizes I can always buy one, de-construct it and insert the missing fabric in all the places where it matters.

Alternative to t-shirt would be a large, roomy tote with the TQS symbol on really large so that it can be seen easily across a crowded room.

LOVE the idea and the logo could be stitched on as a badge?

I'll take two; one short sleeve for summer and one long sleeve for winter

I've thought from the beginning that JoJo (LadyQuilter) should be providing official shirts for us!!

Yep, JoJo could do the shirts--I like my shirts roomy also. V neck sounds great.

I would love...love...love to make shirts for everyone. We need permission from TQS to use their logo or reference back to them on the shirts.

There are a number of different processes that are fun...fun...fun and very creative that I can do (embroidery, glitter, metallic, or fashion film, or even rhinestones or a combination of them all for a very custom shirt!!

JoJo, you could make a sample for Alex or Ricky, send it to them, and see what they say.

I need a little more direction on what you all would like and what TQS would like before I prepared a sample.

For example, would you want the logo on the left chest only or would you prefer a design that would incorporate a free-form quilt but reference back to the quilt show ... possibly TQS's web address. I actually love the lettering of the words "The Quilt Show" located at the top of every page and think that would be beautiful stitched. Obviously, the star is cool too.

There are so many possibilities that would be wonderful.

Also, you could also add your name to the right chest so everyone would know you at a show... e.g., Ladyquilter aka JoJo

JoJo, I like your idea of the lettering and the star from the top banner on the left, and our name(s) on the right. I vote for a polo shirt style.

If we get permission to use the name badge logo on a t-shirt instead, then we could each make our own on whatever style of t-shirt we want. That would ensure that we each can have one that fits. However, I'm sure that TQS would want to establish a few rules to ensure that their logo isn't used inappropriately.

Another TQS member said that she wanted to make a t-shirt, instead of a badge, to wear to Paducah, so that other TQS members that she meets can sign it with their screennames. When she returns home, she can look up their profiles on TQS.

                                Nancy,

The logo that TQS put on the website for everyone to use to make a badge is accessible in an embroidery format so you could make either a badge or actually stitch it directly on a t-shirt of your choice. TQS gave the file so members can make badges, but badges can be stitched directly on a garment.

I digitized the logo (last year I think) and it is available for free in whatever format you need. Just email me the file type you need. Originally, John was going to post the files on the site but because everyone has different machines and to help answer any questions or give assistance, it was easier for me to forward the file type needed and answer any questions.
