I have to echo what everyone else has said about Paducah. It was great to meet some of you and the quilts were awesome!
We did have a little disaster, though. On the way back to our hotel on Thursday night we hit a deer and crunched up the front end of my van-took the radiator, hood, grill, etc. Had to rent a car to drive home. I will have to drive the 600 miles back to get my van when it is fixed--hopefully sometime this week.
Gotta say, though, the 3 friends who were with me were such good sports and so encouraging. Thankfully no one was hurt. It didn't really spoil our fun too much! -
Good grief, Elsie! That will help you remember the 25th anniversary of the AQS shows!! Glad no one was badly hurt!

Thank goodness no one was hurt. Deer are so graceful but they sure are dangerous when they get on the roads.Comment
