Hi Alex, can you tell me how or where you got the idea for the borders for this quilt, with the little birds. Are they an applique pattern

The birds are appliqued. They are cut out of one of her fabrics in that line and appliqued on. Is that called broderie perse?

The birds were cut from my fabric line flutter and simply machine appliqued in place- super easy!!!
